1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to customers in the continental United States (the lower 48 states).
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska or Hawaii
- U.S. territories
- International destinations
If you are outside of our standard shipping area and would like to inquire about a special shipment, please contact us at service@karhyn.com.
2. Order Processing Time
For in-stock items, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Custom or made-to-order items follow their own lead times (see “Lead Times & Pre-Orders” below).
3. Delivery Method
At Karhyn, we ensure your experience extends beyond the moment you place your order.
All orders are shipped via Curbside Delivery by default, with the option to select White Glove Delivery for a more elevated experience.
Curbside Delivery (Standard Shipping)
A practical and efficient option for straightforward delivery:
•Delivered to your curb or building entrance
•No assembly included
•Contactless and convenient
Best for: customers who are comfortable handling setup on their own and prefer a more cost-effective option.
White Glove Delivery (Upgrade Option)
Designed for a seamless and refined experience:
•Delivery to your room of choice
•Professional unpacking and assembly
•Removal of all packaging materials
Your space is ready from the moment we leave.
Best for: large or heavy furniture, or anyone who prefers a fully hands-off delivery experience.
Upgrade Fee: $149 per order
Selection: Available on the product page before checkout
4. Shipping Rates (Curbside Delivery)
Curbside Shipping Rates
Zone 1 — CA, NV, AZ
• Standard furniture delivery → from $99–$199
Zone 2 — Western States
• Standard furniture delivery → from $129–$249
Zone 3 — Central & Southern States
• Standard furniture delivery → from $169–$299
Zone 4 — Northeast & Long-Distance States
• Standard furniture delivery → from $199–$349
Finish samples ship for $29.
Final shipping rates may vary by product size, weight, delivery location, and carrier availability. Remote areas or oversized items may require an additional fee, which will always be confirmed before shipment.
5. Lead Times & Pre-Orders
Because many of our pieces are produced in small batches, lead times may vary.
- In-stock items:
- Processed within 3–5 business days
- Shipping transit time will depend on your location and carrier schedule
- Custom / made-to-order items:
- Estimated production and lead time: 8–12 weeks before shipping
- You will receive an estimated time frame at the time of order; we will notify you if there are any significant changes.
Lead times are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, freight conditions, or seasonal demand.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:
- Tracking information (when available from the carrier)
- The estimated delivery window
For larger freight shipments, the delivery partner may contact you directly to confirm or schedule a delivery date.
7. Receiving Your Delivery & Damages
Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.
If you notice visible damage to the packaging or product at delivery:
- Ask the driver to note the damage on the delivery receipt, if possible.
- Take clear photos of the packaging and the affected areas of the product.
If the item is damaged or defective:
- Contact us at service@karhyn.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage.
We will review your case and work with you on a repair, replacement, or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Missed Deliveries & Access Issues
If a delivery attempt cannot be completed for reasons within the customer’s control (for example, no one is available to receive the order during the scheduled window, or the delivery location is not accessible):
- Our delivery partner may charge a redelivery or handling fee, which will be passed on to you.
- Additional storage or holding fees may apply if the shipment needs to be held by the carrier for an extended period.
Fees and arrangements will vary by carrier and location. We will always inform you of any applicable charges before confirming a redelivery or storage arrangement.
