1. Return Eligibility
We hope you’ll love your pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within:
- 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in new, unused condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging, or equivalent protective packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in a resellable condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items that have been assembled, installed, or modified
- Items with visible signs of use, damage, or misuse not reported at the time of delivery
3. Return Shipping & Fees
For change-of-mind returns (where there is no defect or shipping damage):
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the product refund amount.
For returns due to manufacturing defects or damage in transit that are reported within the required time frame:
- We will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping or arrange collection at our expense.
- No restocking fee will be charged in these cases.
Details of each case will be confirmed by our team by email before the return is arranged.
4. How to Start a Return
To request a return:
1. Email us at service@karhyn.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
2. Our team will review your request and confirm:
- Whether the item is eligible for return
- The estimated return shipping cost (for change-of-mind returns)
- Any applicable fees
3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and help arrange pick-up or provide drop-off details with our carrier.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will:
- Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued minus:
- Any return shipping costs (for change-of-mind returns), and
- The 15% restocking fee, if applicable.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or our error.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please:
- Follow the return process above for the original item (if eligible), and
- Place a new order for the item you prefer.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
1. Note any visible damage with the delivery agent if possible.
2. Contact us at service@karhyn.com within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of:
- The damage
- The packaging (including any visible damage to the box or pallet)
Once we receive your information, we will review the situation and work with you on one of the following, as appropriate:
- Repair
- Replacement of the affected item or part
- Return and refund, in line with our policy above
